Manage and restock first aid kits across multiple cities, build customer relationships, and provide excellent service while traveling from a central office. | Stable job history, route sales or similar field experience, physical ability to lift 70 lbs, fully vaccinated, non-smoker, and comfortable with frequent travel. | We’re partnering with a well-established first aid medical supply company that’s been a trusted name in the industry for over 45 years. Headquartered in Seattle and pharmacist-owned, they pride themselves on high-quality products, strong customer relationships, and a close-knit team culture. They’re looking to bring on a Service Sales Rep based out of their Tukwila, WA office to support established routes across Seattle, Portland, and Denver. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being out in the field, thrives in an autonomous role, and wants the stability of a recession-resistant industry. What You’ll Be Doing: • Floating between cities to cover existing SSR routes while team members are out • Restocking, inspecting, and maintaining first aid kits for current customers • Building rapport and ensuring excellent service across a variety of industries • Replacing expired or broken items and recommending additional supplies when needed • Operating from the Tukwila office, with company vehicle and travel fully covered • Working with customers like manufacturing, aerospace, restaurants, hotels, and more Ideal Background: ✅ Stable job history (not a job hopper) ✅ Route sales, service rep, or similar field-based experience ✅ Organized, personable, and confident in customer conversations ✅ Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs (ex: eyewash stations) ✅ Fully vaccinated and non-smoker (required by client) ✅ Comfortable with frequent travel and time behind the wheel What You’ll Get: 🚗 Company vehicle provided (start and end from Tukwila office) 💰 Base Salary: $53K–$60K + Monthly Commissions 💵 OTE: $60K–$70K 🛠️ All tools, training, and travel expenses covered (meals reimbursed) 🩺 Full benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO 📆 2 weeks PTO (usable after 5 months) 🏢 Join a tight-knit team with strong leadership and long-term career growth Sound like a fit? 📩 Email me at kking@pursuitsalessolutions.com or send a message to learn more!
