Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Amazon Inventory & Replenishment Management Own FBA replenishment planning end-to-end, including shipment creation, inbound routing, and fulfilment center placement, while monitoring daily in-stock rates by ASIN and proactively resolving out-of-stock risks before they impact sales. Manage Amazon storage limits, IPI score health, and stranded inventory to optimize FBA capacity and avoid long-term storage fees; determine and maintain appropriate safety stock levels by SKU based on lead times, sales velocity, and seasonal demand patterns. Required Skills, Education, Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered. 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central operations, eCommerce inventory management, or supply chain planning. Demonstrated experience managing FBA replenishment, restock limits, and IPI score optimization in a 3P Seller Central environment. Background working cross-functionally with logistics, warehousing, or 3PL teams to execute inventory plans. Experience building demand forecasts at the SKU or ASIN level using sales data and market signals Skills & Competencies Deep fluency in Amazon Seller Central: shipment workflows, restock recommendations, inventory performance tools, and FBA fee structures Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and maintaining inventory models in Excel or Google Sheets.
