Drive sales growth and manage high-value client relationships within digital advertising, collaborating cross-functionally to execute programmatic solutions and strategic partnerships. | 7+ years in digital advertising sales or business development with strong agency relationships, deep programmatic knowledge, and proven ability to negotiate and grow strategic partnerships. | About The Role As a key member of our Advertiser Solutions team, you play a pivotal role in executing PubMatic’s agency holding company demand sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing new relationships, managing high-value clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the success of our programmatic solutions. Your expertise in digital advertising, combined with a strategic approach to client engagement, will enable you to drive long-term growth and impact. What You'll Do • Drive sales growth, expanding platform adoption across the Publicis commercial partnership while identifying new business opportunities with the holding company. • Build and maintain high-value relationships, leveraging your industry expertise and existing Publicis relationship network to enhance engagement with the agency. • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide ongoing client consultation, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize advertiser performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Ad Solutions, and Product Management to develop and execute strategic programs. • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned on strategic objectives. Who You Are • Seven plus years in sales or business development within digital advertising, preferably with a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP. • Strong relationships across agencies and brands (Publicis agency relationships strongly preferred), with a proven ability to develop and expand strategic partnerships. • Deep understanding of programmatic buying models, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and auction-based solutions. • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth. • Skilled in crafting compelling presentations and confidently navigating complex deal negotiations. • A proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Compensation Disclosure In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. He/ She will be responsible for Java/Java EE application development and providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Qualifications • Should have a bachelor's degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from a well-known Institute / University.
