We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. Our BT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old • Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Prior experience working with children preferred • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities • Compensation rate range $19-24 per hour #BT2
