Assist clients through onboarding, support, and data transfer processes, providing expertise and collaboration with support teams. | Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics, strong technical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a clinical or rehab therapy background. | Job Description: • Build a strong relationship with your clients as a strategic and supportive partner • Focus on building loyalty to ensure long-term client success by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the teams implement Prompt Plus and other premium product offerings • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system • Gain a strong understanding of the ins and outs of a therapy business in order to provide expertise to our clients throughout their onboarding • Lead question/answer webinars with clinical management and staff • Work with support team as tickets are escalated to you to provide specific workflows for clients, and work the support channel per team needs • Lead clients through what to expect from their data transfer so they have clear expectations of the data transfer process • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients • Delegate questions to the Client Experience Team, Billing Success Team, and Customer Success team as appropriate • Collaborate with team members and management in recommending and implementing improvement opportunities Requirements: • Must have experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics • Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms • Highly Proficient in MS Excel • Understanding and learning software must be a passion of yours • Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist • Experience with EMR Systems • Possess strong written and verbal skills • Be tech savvy and comfortable working in a live setting with various softwares • Highly motivated to work in an extremely fast paced environment where you will need to work outside normal working hours at times • Prepared to grow very quickly into your role and take on greater responsibilities as the team and customer base grow Benefits: • Competitive salaries • Remote/hybrid environment • Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance • Flexible PTO • Company-wide sponsored lunches • Company paid disability and life insurance benefits • Company paid family and medical leave • Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits • Discounted pet insurance • FSA/DCA and commuter benefits • 401k

Oversee end-to-end invoicing, automate billing workflows, and ensure data integrity across financial systems. | Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, 3+ years in Accounts Receivable/Billing, proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks, automation experience, high accuracy, and data analysis skills. | Job Description: • Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in complex billing cycles and compliance with bespoke customer agreements. • Identify bottlenecks in the billing workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks. • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring billing discrepancies and implement permanent process fixes while communicating with leadership on the context of the issues. • Audit and validate customer agreements to ensure financial data integrity before account creation. • Create customer accounts and process sensitive financial data accurately. • Identify bottlenecks in the customer creation workflow and partner with the Finance Lead to design and implement automated solutions within NetSuite/QuickBooks and other softwares such as HubSpot, SpotDraft, etc. • Manage high-priority or complex customer financial inquiries, translating technical issues into clear, professional communication. • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to resolve structural billing hurdles for clients. • Maintain the integrity of the customer master data, ensuring clean reporting for Senior Management. • Support the Customer Finance Lead in ad-hoc projects, including ERP migrations, system integrations (AP/AR tools), and the creation of standardized training documentation for future team growth. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations (senior-level ownership expected). • Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks & Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills- must be comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to identify trends or errors. • A proven track record of taking a manual process and developing as well as executing a better process through automation or workflow redesign. • An obsession with accuracy; you are the person who catches the $0.01 discrepancy before it becomes a client issue. • Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders and senior leadership.
