Manage personal injury pre-litigation files, communicate with clients and insurance carriers, review medical records, and prepare demand packages. | Detail-oriented, organized, able to handle pressure, with some personal injury or insurance experience preferred and bilingual Spanish a plus. | Personal Injury Case Manager, Pre-Litigation, Remote in California Compensation: 60,000 to 75,000 base, monthly bonus Location: Remote in California, CA experience strongly preferred Overview We need an experienced personal injury case manager who can run several files at once, communicate clearly, and keep clients informed. California PI experience is preferred. We will train the right high-potential candidate. Responsibilities • Deliver excellent client service, comfort, and clear communication from intake through resolution • Manage pre-litigation files from start to demand: property damage, claim setup, medical treatment guidance, records and bills, lien tracking, and negotiation support at the direction of the assigned attorney • Communicate with host and adverse insurance carriers on all aspects of the claim • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills • Prepare demands and support packages on a rolling basis Qualifications • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle pressure • Solid MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills • Detail oriented, deadline driven, organized, strong time management • Resourceful, creative problem solver, dependable team player • Willing to learn quickly • Personal injury or insurance defense experience is a plus, not required • Bilingual Spanish is a plus Benefits • Medical, dental, vision • Monthly bonus eligibility • 401(k) • Paid parental leave • Flexible Spending Accounts • Paid time off and paid holidays • Opportunities to volunteer through company charitable partnerships
