Location: Irving, TX- in office role with hybrid flexibility Job Description: The People Operations Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner to Meriton's Leadership team, helping drive process improvement, cross-functional initiatives, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: • Improve People Operations processes by documenting, evaluating, and streamlining workflows and SOPs. • Establish scalable systems that support organizational growth and drive consistency across onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. • Manage cross‑functional projects including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Facilitate collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS, and People Strategy teams. • Enhance organizational effectiveness through improved communication rhythms, meeting structures, and visibility into priorities. • Identify efficiency opportunities using technology, automation, and AI to strengthen People Team operations. • Support People leadership with coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive‑level administrative tasks. Location: Irving, TX- in office role with hybrid flexibility Job Description: The Integration Business Partner serves as the primary people partner throughout our client’s 120‑day acquisition integration process. This role supports 10–15 acquisitions per year, working closely with frontline employees, leaders, and executives to guide onboarding, benefits enrollment, communications, change management, and organizational alignment. Success requires quickly building trust, influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, and helping teams transition confidently through significant change. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary people partner throughout our client’s acquisition integration lifecycle, supporting employees and leaders before, during, and after close. • Build strong relationships with acquired company presidents, leadership teams, and employees to ensure a smooth integration experience. • Lead onboarding and change management, including benefits enrollment, communications, and employee transition activities. • Facilitate key meetings such as town halls, training sessions, and integration‑related communications. • Provide employee relations guidance to help leaders navigate sensitive situations and maintain a positive employee experience. • Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and business leadership to ensure a seamless transition for newly acquired employees. • Identify risks and recommend solutions Compensation & Benefits: • Base =$100k - $140k • Discretionary Bonus = 10% - 15% • Year One On-Target Earnings: $110k - $155k • Health, vision, dental • Company-paid Life Insurance • 401(k): 6% match • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • PTO: 3 weeks
