The Junior Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with daily operations, project tracking, documentation, and subcontractor/vendor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, project tracking, and reporting. • Support subcontractor and vendor coordination, including purchase orders, RFIs, and change orders. • Maintain accurate records of project documents, drawings, and progress updates. • Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. • Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards. • Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Management team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred, not required for junior-level). • 0–2 years of relevant experience in construction, project coordination, or engineering support. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and basic project management tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
