The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript, UI architecture, and performance optimization, along with strong leadership skills to guide teams in enterprise Agile environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale frontend applications using React.js. • Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and reusable component libraries. • Drive adoption of best practices for performance, accessibility, and security. • Architect state management solutions using Redux / Context API. • Collaborate with Backend, DevOps, UX, and Product teams for end-to-end delivery. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and frontend build processes. • Conduct code reviews and mentor senior and junior frontend developers. • Lead troubleshooting of complex UI and production issues. • Contribute to technical roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
