(NO-C2C) The Hiring manager is open to L2S, H4 EAD, EAD GC, GC and US Citizens Client Location : New York, New Jersey, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut & Massachusetts Title: Business Analyst – Banking (NO-C2C) Experience: 6+ Years What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services. • Proven expertise in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases. • Strong understanding of banking operations such as retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, credit cards, and digital banking solutions. • Experience working with core banking systems and financial platforms such as Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, SAP Banking, or Oracle Financials. • Skilled in gap analysis, impact assessment, process re-engineering, and translating business needs into technical deliverables. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel-based analysis for validating transactional data, reconciliations, and reporting. • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and UAT. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with banking operations teams, IT, compliance, and cross-functional business units. • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and other BA/Agile toolsets. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and documentation skills to deliver actionable insights and solutions. • Experience in banking compliance, regulations, and standards such as KYC, AML, Basel III, SOX is a plus. 📢 Next Steps: We will review all applications carefully.
