Improve and support scripting, automation, and workflow processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Apply strong knowledge of power system standards, codes, guidelines, tariffs, and industry best practices. Assist project leads with scoping, estimating, and planning technical work. Monitor task progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, or resource constraints. Participate in meetings to resolve technical challenges and support successful project delivery. Team Growth & Mentorship Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers in modeling, simulation techniques, reporting, and client expectations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related fields from an accredited institution. 6–14 years of experience in power system analysis, T&D engineering, or utility/industrial system studies. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (Preferred) Hands-on expertise with power system modeling and simulation tools (e.g SKM, ETAP etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems independently. Experience reviewing and guiding study work performed by others. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% to meet customers and gather information from facilities.
