Responsibilities • The Regional Sales Representative will identify sales leads, collect information from leads and prospective clients, educate clients about our products, provide product demonstrations, and closing sales. This position will be responsible for selling goods and services to the designated assigned areas by interacting with current and potential customers. • Work closely with sales manager and team to develop and reach sales goals for territory; Routinely communicate market activities and conditions to the team; Provide marketing support to promote Potters’ brand throughout the industry; Keep updated with product sales techniques. • Provide great customer service support to customers by answering questions, JOB DETAILS • Promote highway product lines to government agencies, contractors, and distributors; Identifying potential customers within your assigned territory following leads and cold calling; Establish and maintain relationships with current customers. • Present products and/or services to potential customers to attract new business; Create effective and organized sales/technical presentation on products for each customer’s needs. • Develop and present proposals to prospective customers that details product information, pricing, contract terms and other details pertaining to the sale. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED; Technical Degree a plus, Bachelor's Degree Preferred Travel up to 40%-60% required 7+ plus years Direct Sales Experience required 7+ years of Manufacturing sales experience required This position requires up to 40%-60% road travel.
