To continue our accelerated growth, we are seeking a talented Director of Home Health Strategy to help PAA execute this vision. In this position, the Director of Home Health Strategy will lead the strategic development and execution of our initiatives within the home health sector. This role combines market expertise, product acumen, operational insight, and strategic leadership to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and shape how our technology platform serves the evolving needs of home health providers, physicians, payors, and acute care providers. This leader will serve as the organization's subject matter expert on home health product, regulatory trends, and emerging care models, ensuring our solutions align with industry best practices and customer needs. What you'll do: • Product Partnership: Write product requirements and work with Technology, Data Science, and Clinical teams to translate market insights into product requirements, ensuring our platform delivers measurable impact for patients receiving home health care. • Performance & Impact Measurement: Define success metrics and continuously evaluate the performance of products, programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, CMS regulations, payment models (e.g., PDGM, value-based purchasing), and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for innovation and partnership. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of home health initiatives. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's home health product strategy in alignment with overall postacute care growth objectives. • Customer & Partner Engagement: Build trusted relationships with PAA's customers, home health agencies, provider networks, payors, 2 health systems, and industry associations to articulate our home health offering, strengthen our market position, and inform our go-to-market strategy. Requirements What You'll Need: • 5+ years of experience in home health • 3+ year of experience in healthcare technology • Deep understanding of home health clinical workflows, operations, reimbursement models (especially PDGM), and regulatory landscape • Proven experience developing and deploying new technology products • Track record of executing strategic plans in a growth-oriented environment • Strong business acumen with ability to translate market insights into actionable initiatives • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with comfort engaging senior leadership • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) • Experience in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare technology solutions • Established relationships within the home health and post-acute ecosystem
