Summary Patient Engagement Specialist coordinates all appointments with providers for patients, referring physicians, and facilities across multiple states. In addition, the Patient Engagement Specialist communicates key information to patients and staff members including insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and date/time of appointments. Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 10:00am - 6:00pm EST Compensation range: $48,000 - $53,000 *dependent upon relevant experience* Benefits eligible! Description Provide warm, friendly, and excellent customer service through all interactions with patients, referral sources and staff members. Communicate directly with patients to schedule, re-schedule and/or cancel their initial and subsequent appointment requests accurately by following practice scheduling protocols and tools. Provide accurate and courteous information regarding our services to physicians and other callers. Respond effectively and promptly to all patient, provider, and team member requests. Maintain/Update patient information and working knowledge of insurance protocols. Utilizes eligibility systems, on-line websites or phone calls to determine insurance benefits. Provides information to the patient and/or guarantors regarding their benefits and financial obligations. Handle billing inquiries, collect any out of pocket (deductibles, copays, etc), and process payments accurately. Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibility to patients in clear language. Communicate when insurance issues arise (inactive coverage, referral needed, etc.) Work with billing teams to correct coverage issues. Maintain insurance panels. Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate. Meet specified goals and objectives assigned by management. Escalate any problems that may arise to management. Complete other duties as assigned or identified based on patient needs. Ability to adhere to quality and productivity standards. #LI-MC1 Qualifications Experience with insurance eligibility. Description Screening candidates by conducting telephone interviews with applicants and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth/high volume environment. Recruitment experience in behavioral health is required. Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday a strong plus. Proficiency with computer platforms and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships. The ability to understand, prioritize and complete deliverables within timelines is critical to ensuring that the process and communication between behavioral health/school health teams, hiring managers, and the candidates is seamless. Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Summary We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations across 12 states and 80+ urgent care centers. This role will focus on partnering with the outsourced facilities maintenance company, managing escalations, and coordinating with vendors to ensure our centers remain safe, compliant, and welcoming for patients and staff. Facilities Manager will serve as a key liaison between operations, and service providers to resolve issues quickly and protect the organization’s interests. Description Facility Operations Coordination Work with internal departments to ensure facilities support employee productivity, safety, and comfort. Manage escalations related to facility issues, ensuring timely resolution by the service provider. Facilities Operations & Maintenance Supports new site development and buildout. Coordinate repairs and maintenance between Operations and the outsourced maintenance company, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care. Implement preventative maintenance programs and track completion across locations. Vendor Management Manage our 3rd party facilities and construction/design team. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. Oversee vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon KPIs. Coordinate projects requiring both landlord and vendor involvement. Conduct regular review meetings with the service provider to evaluate performance, address issues, and implement improvements. Ensure contractual obligations are met, including compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards. Serve as the decision maker on design related repairs. Administrative management of the facilities maintenance ticketing system. Escalation Management Act as escalation for 3rd party facilities maintenance company for urgent facility-related issues, deploying resources quickly to resolve problems. Communicate updates to field leadership and operations teams during critical incidents. Budgeting & Compliance Manage facilities budget, track spending, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. Ensure all facilities comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Support infection control, safety audits, and emergency preparedness initiatives. Review and approve vendor invoices and ensure accurate billing. Provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in multi-site facilities management; healthcare or retail experience strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence external partners. Experience handling escalations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
