You Platinum Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Migration Engineer. This role will unify the DoD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities’ (DAFAs) common use information technology systems, personnel, functions, and program elements under the direction of DISA’s Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office. It will unify the DAFAs on a common, modernized network architecture, DoDNet, to provide mission services focused on enhanced user experience, improved security, and network reliability. As an Endpoint Engineer you will focus on endpoint designs, deploys, and secure end-user devices (workstations, laptops) using tools like Intune, MCM, SCCM. Ensure proper OS images are deployed to all endpoint devises, test and manage software updates, ensure appropriate and enforce security policies (EDR/AV), and automate workflows to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient computing environments for endpoint migrations. This role is Hybrid at Ft. Meade, MD Required Clearance: SECRET Primary Responsibilities: Endpoint Management & Provisioning: Managing the lifecycle of devices—including imaging, configuration, and decommissioning—using tools like Intune, SCCM/MECM, or Jamf. Security & Patch Management: Designing and enforcing endpoint security baselines, ensuring timely OS and application patching, and managing EDR/AV software. Automation & Scripting: Using PowerShell, Python, or bash to automate software deployment, configuration changes, and compliance remediation. Application Packaging: Oversee application rationale and ensure proper preparation for deploying software applications at scale to Windows environments. Troubleshooting & Support: Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues relating to endpoints that cannot be resolved by standard IT support. Compliance & Reporting: Monitoring device health and security compliance, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to security policies (e.g., NIST, DISA STIGs). Required Qualifications Must have an ACTIVE SECRET or above clearance required. Experience: BA Degree and 4+ years of experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for a Digital Analyst with the International Trade Administration (ITA). The Digital Analyst, a critical role within the Office of Public Affairs Digital (OPAD) team, transforms web, social, and email engagement data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions at all levels of ITA leadership and improve digital experiences for ITA stakeholders and customers. This role serves as a critical connection between analytics, content, design, and product while providing the data, insights and metrics needed to improve usability, performance, and user satisfaction. As the team’s analytics lead, you will own reporting across platforms, including website performance and governance (GA4, Siteimprove, Power BI, and CrazyEgg), social media engagement (Sprinklr), and email outreach (GovDelivery and Salesforce Digital Engagement Hub). You will collaborate closely with the OPAD Director, Digital Strategist, Trade.gov Product Owner, and stakeholders across the ITA. You’ll be the go-to for analytics storytelling across the site, responsible for providing data and insight that inform content updates, design improvements, and strategic initiatives, ensuring our digital products consistently improve to serve both user and organizational goals.
