Lead the technical team and drive development of AI-powered climate finance applications, overseeing technical strategy, execution, and product delivery. | 10+ years in full-stack web and AI/ML engineering, startup leadership experience, expertise in RAG models, AI/ML API integration, LLM workflow design, and modern web frameworks. | I am working with a Series A funded ClimaTech business looking for a VP Engineering/ CTO. You will lead the technical team and drive the development of all AI-powered applications in the climate finance space. You will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of all products. You will have: • 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development and AI/ML engineering. • Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams, specifically within the start up space • Wealth of experience building RAG models • Extensive experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. • Deep understanding of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and LLM workflow design. • Experience with modern web stacks and frameworks (React, Node, or similar) and API development. • Strong system design and architecture skills.
