WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and imperfections. * Physical ability to repeatedly lift 75lb wooden Chep pallets. * A deep understanding of quality criteria and grading standards. * Experience maintaining accurate records, either on paper or electronically. * A strong commitment to safety rules and regulations. * High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * This position requires the ability to lift a 75lb wooden Chep pallet repeatedly. * You must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. * Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity for inspecting pallets. WORK ENVIRONMENT: * This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse/production environment. * You may be exposed to dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold). * All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). What We’re Looking For: • No prior forklift experience required – we train and certify on-site. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to lift 70–100 lbs throughout the day. • High School diploma or GED preferred. • Must pass PLA forklift certification.
