Support marketing teams with product setup, retailer coordination, and sales support tasks. | Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and flexibility to manage changing priorities. | We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support cross-functional teams in managing product setup, retailer coordination, and sales support initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate product information, timely execution of retailer requirements, and seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Responsible for new product set up in all internal systems and retailer specific external portals. • Update price lists with new items and/or changes to items. • Help create product information sheets • Manage all sales team requests for images and/or mockups and samples. • Track label approvals and manage all copy requests in internal systems. • Manage retailer acceptance tracker and align with Marketing team on creative needs for each retailer • Support team with projects as needed • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Ability to successfully multitask and meet deadlines while remaining flexible and be able to pivot when priorities change. • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. • Travel might be required We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
