Administer and maintain Azure and Power Platform environments with automation and security compliance. | Experience with Azure, Power Platform, CI/CD tools, automation, security standards, AI integration, and Agile methodologies. | Job Description: • Administer and maintain Azure and Power Platform environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. • Configure, monitor, and optimize resources including Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Automate flows. • Support the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for secure and efficient deployments. • Apply and maintain automation frameworks (Power Platform, Azure Automation) to reduce manual intervention and improve operational consistency. • Implement and oversee security monitoring, incident response, and compliance reporting aligned with federal O&M standards. • Utilize observability tools to track performance, identify anomalies, and ensure service continuity. • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel to support system integration and modernization initiatives. • Participate actively in Agile Scrum meetings and manage individual tickets through Rally or similar tools, ensuring clear and timely communication across development, engineering, and cybersecurity teams. • Assist with AI agent orchestration and integration of intelligent automation technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio) into system management workflows. • Participate in routine system audits, patching, and updates to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Maintain system documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Requirements: • Experience with Azure Cloud Services and infrastructure administration. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Stack technologies, including Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Platform components. • Experience configuring and managing Power Platform connectors and custom APIs. • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Power Platform, Azure Automation). • Familiarity with Secure Operations and Maintenance (O&M) standards and compliance best practices. • Exposure to AI integration tools, such as Copilot Studio and AI agent orchestration. • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and environment consistency. • Experience with security monitoring tools, automation testing, and observability platforms. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and status updates to diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and experience managing individual tasks through platforms such as Rally or similar tools. Lead software application design, development, testing, and implementation while providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. | Requires 10+ years software development experience, DoD 8140 certification, and preferably a bachelor's degree with leadership in complex projects. | Description: • Lead the design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications and solutions. • Apply advanced knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools to develop efficient and reliable software. • Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance. • Serve as the subject matter expert for software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. • Advise leadership, program managers, and stakeholders on technical strategies, risks, and solutions. • Provide mentorship, training, and technical guidance to junior developers and engineers. • Work closely with systems engineers, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration across environments. • Contribute to system architecture, ensuring software aligns with enterprise or mission objectives. • Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality products. • Participate in Agile/Scrum or other development methodologies, contributing as a senior technical resource. • Support proposal development, solution design, and technical roadmaps for future projects.
