Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior executives and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Optimization: Tune AI systems across quality, latency, and cost dimensions, ensuring scalable production performance.
