Manage WMS, ERP, OMS systems including issue resolution and stakeholder requirements gathering. | Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years BSA experience, ERP/WMS support, strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with EDI and integration tools. | Our client is seeking a WMS Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for managing the WMS, ERP, OMS, including the oversight and resolution of EDI issues. The BSA will lead the coordination and resolution of break/fix issues, maintain project lists, gather detailed business requirements from internal stakeholders, and ensure systems alignment with business objectives.
