We’re currently looking for a Capital Projects Manager to join a growing, mission-driven developer based in New Jersey. This is a brand-new role created to support the company's rapid growth. You will lead CAPEX projects and preventative maintenance operations for their entire 5,000+ unit portfolio of multifamily properties. Responsibilities: • Lead CAPEX projects and preventative maintenance for a 5,000+ unit portfolio in NJ • Lead, mentor, and develop site-level maintenance teams • Create scalable SOPs for maintenance, safety, and compliance • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards What You’ll Bring: • 5+ years of multifamily Capital Projects or Regional Maintenance leadership experience • Proven track record managing large teams and 1,000+ unit portfolios • Deep knowledge of construction, building systems, and code compliance • Comfortable with regional travel (mostly day trips within NJ) • Strong communication and leadership presence Compensation & Perks: • Earn up to $150,000 base salary • Full benefits package with health benefits at very low premiums • Opportunity to join a respected and growing affordable housing developer • Direct exposure to top-level executives and company ownership • Lead a growing company through a period of critical growth Ready to lead at scale?
