You will contribute to architecting, building, testing, and crafting the features that improve Fidelity's Digital Experiences. Your leadership, guidance, and mentoring will be essential to the success of our team! • Leading the development of innovative solutions that provide a flawless customer experience. • Supporting and collaborating with an agile team to deliver best-in-class web applications. • Coordinating with various collaborators to ensure the successful implementation of technical solutions. The Expertise and Skills You Bring • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred • Comprehensive software engineering experience spanning more than 6 years; experience in financial services is an advantage • Extensive experience decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions • Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth and learning • Experience communicating technical needs to non-technical team members • Proficiency in both server-side (e.g., Java EE, Spring Boot) and client-side (e.g., Angular 14+, JavaScript) technologies • Experience with enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel Your experience with the following will be a plus: • DevOps concepts governing SCM, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment processes • Client-side unit testing frameworks and test runners like Jasmine and Karma • Docker containerization and AWS cloud deployment • The W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines implementation • GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
