We have an opportunity for a Revenue Growth Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, a passion for turning data into insights, and the ability to partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to help shape our growth analytics. You will: • Analyze commercial data (sales performance, pricing, customer behavior, market trends) to identify growth opportunities and revenue optimization strategies. • Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and product/channel performance. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, pricing trends, and market share. • Conduct margin and profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment to inform pricing and product strategies. • Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with commercial insights and data modeling. • Collaborate with Product Management to evaluate new product launches and track commercial success metrics. • Identify trends in customer behavior and demand patterns that inform cross-sell, upsell, or new market opportunities. • Present actionable insights and recommendations to Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and commercial data across systems. Key Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, commercial finance, sales analytics, or a similar role in a product or manufacturing business. • Experience supporting commercial teams with data-driven insights. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, financial models). • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Proficiency in SQL or similar for querying data from CRM, ERP, and BI systems. • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP). • Business acumen with a strong understanding of revenue drivers and market dynamics. • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus.
