We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in software development and proven experience leading complex technical projects. In this hybrid role, you will apply your technical knowledge and project management expertise to drive the successful delivery of software initiatives that align with business goals. As a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing timelines, prioritizing features, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of software delivery. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on coding experience but thrives in planning, coordination, and leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead full lifecycle project management for software development initiatives - from concept and design through implementation and post-release support. • Collaborate with teams to define technical scope, resource needs, and realistic timelines. • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables. • Identify and mitigate technical risks and roadblocks to ensure project continuity. • Provide technical oversight and input throughout the development process, leveraging your coding and architecture experience to guide decision-making. • Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within project teams. • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help optimize team workflows. • Act as a mentor or technical liaison when needed, especially for junior developers or cross-functional team members. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Project Lead. • Prior hands-on experience in software development (e.g., as a developer, engineer, or technical lead). • Proven track record of successfully leading software projects in dynamic environments. • Strong knowledge of SDLC, software design principles, and modern development practices. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. • Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, DevOps, security, and design. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern development stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.). • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) are a plus.
