This role leads workstream-level planning, coordination, and reporting while driving shared services delivery across the Security & Risk organization. As part of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will lead initiatives, drive data-driven decision support through analytics and reporting automation and establish continuity practices across workstreams. You will play a key role in strengthening execution maturity, driving adoption of Program Management Office process, tools and standards, and enabling strategic initiative execution. What You'll Be Doing: Project Management & Program Support: • Lead planning, execution alignment, and capacity optimization for assigned projects • Facilitate scope, dependency, and risk discussions; prepare leadership-ready summaries/briefs • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery • Track cross-initiative dependencies and identify execution risks with mitigation options • Lead intake and prioritization efforts, implement process enhancements such as workflow and template development/optimization, and facilitate the adoption of program management tools to ensure consistency and scalability • Establish continuity practices to reduce fragmentation and rework • Lead Security and Risk organization shared services execution and accountability across assigned service categories • Define and monitor shared service level expectations and performance • Manage intake across shared services requests and prioritize workload Financial Operations: • Coordinate forecasts, spend tracking, and budget activities • Support spend optimization, license rationalization, and procurement coordination Vendor & Contract Operations: • Coordinate vendor intake, performance tracking, SLAs, and renewal workflows • Support QBRs and vendor governance activities Data & Reporting Operations: • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and metrics frameworks (Power BI) • Support program and leadership with recurring reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency Business Enablement: • Lead or support enterprise task forces, M&A integration, and transformation initiatives • Serve as cross-functional liaison (HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance) • Partner with IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Business Unit leadership on security-related coordination What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree required • 4+ years in program/project management, program delivery, business analysis, or enterprise operations management experience • Strong facilitation, stakeholder influence, and executive communication skills • Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet) • Experience with financial coordination, budget management and vendor management • Advanced data manipulation, visualization, and dashboard development (Power BI) What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • Experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or technology environments • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Data analytics or Business Intelligence certification • Experience with automation/AI tools for reporting • Confluence, SharePoint, Power Apps, or similar knowledge management platforms Security Clearance: • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Corporate team. What You'll Be Doing: • Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project. • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, Subcontracting Plan and other documents as required. • Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria • Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths • Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors • Manages contract deliverables. • Manages Scope, tracks changes, and negotiates changes client and key subcontractors (in conjunction with the applicable contracts groups). • Supports growth and business development opportunities. • Provides input and development plans for subordinates. • Mobilizes company resources to support a project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. • Manages and controls the budgets, and assures accurate financial reporting. • Familiar with change management, developing and negotiating for additional cost and/or time impacts when scope deviations arise. What Required Skills You'll Bring: • 15+ years of directly related work experience • At least 10 years experience with FFP contracts of similar scale and complexity is ideal. • Able to manage a major complex design build construction program. • Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity. • Excellent written and oral communications skills. • Thorough knowledge of construction practices and regulations. • Must be a US Citizen and able to clear requirements for access to the site. • Able to manage to expedited schedules with recent track record as such.
