Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our fencing projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive construction management experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software to drive project success. Duties • Handles all production, from permit tracking to collections to scheduling to ordering materials. • Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, multiple points of communication and using a combination of text, voice calls and emails to ensure customers are aware of their job status. • Taking tough customer calls and problem solving to get the project done on time and meeting expectations. • Coordinate project planning, including developing detailed construction schedules using BuilderTrend software • Manage teams mostly from the office, occasionally on-site, providing leadership and direction for construction crews and subcontractors • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution • Control project costs through effective budget management and cost tracking using Builder Trend. • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination. • Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or construction projects from inception to completion • Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Join us as a Construction Operations Manager to lead impactful projects that shape communities while enjoying a vibrant work culture focused on growth and excellence!
