As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will partner with customers to design and deploy AI systems that meet their business needs. You will also ensure the reliability and performance of deployed AI agents in production environments. | Candidates should have strong full-stack development skills and experience in customer-facing roles. A proven ability to thrive in resource-constrained environments and excellent communication skills are also essential. | As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you’ll be the bridge between product/engineering and customers. You will embed deeply with users, translate real-world use cases into technical solutions, and ship production-grade systems powered by AI. You’ll own deployment complexity, influence product direction, and drive high-impact customer-facing work. Responsibilities Partner with customers to scope, design, and deploy AI systems that address real business needs. Build and integrate production-ready AI applications with customer infrastructure. Develop and deliver compelling demos and prototypes that showcase the capabilities of our AI system. Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of deployed AI agents in production environments.
