Commissions. Compensation Education Requirements: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities: • Independently handle simple and complex customer service telephone calls, email, and Service Net requests from Advisors regarding commission payments. • Create a strong working relationship with ADVISORs and their assistants. • Educate Advisors on where to find online information. • Leads or participates with the team in identifying and resolving commission issues. • Handles research tasks and error resolution and communicates with other BD departments and outside product sponsors to resolve problems. • Meet the quality and production goals. • May occasionally be called upon to process commission transactions from third-party entities. • All other duties as assigned. Basic Requirements: • Previous customer service experience required. • Ability to identify process challenges and initiate quality improvement. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to gain their trust and respect. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Adept user of Microsoft Office products. Preferred Requirements: • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Commission experience or broker/dealer experience preferred.
