This opportunity focuses on case management and utilization review workflows, providing technology solutions and driving process improvements. OPPORTUNITY 6-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone) SALARY (W2) $115,000 – $130,000 plus benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Document data needs by working with stakeholders and test data for validity. • Map clinical data semantically and syntactically to standards for interoperability. • Act as a quality consultant, performing testing and validation of data element mapping. • Test clinical content for proper data modeling, vocabulary, terminology, and code-set standards. • Collaborate with technical teams to perform root cause analysis and remediate data quality issues. • Work with customers to clarify technology needs and map existing business processes. • Design and implement projects requiring systems integration across multiple platforms. • Conduct ROI and financial analyses to support project prioritization. • Drive improvement activities to achieve departmental and organizational goals. • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and apply to business processes. • Provide subject matter expertise on Health Ministry processes and policies. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. • Monitor task assignments for schedule, scope, and quality compliance. • Escalate unresolved process and project issues. KEY EXPERIENCE • Experience with case management and/or utilization review/utilization management workflows and information systems • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and interoperability. • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. • Understanding of data in EMRs and experience navigating EMR systems. • Knowledge of ambulatory and acute clinical workflows and information systems. • Knowledge and experience with case management and/or utilization review workflows. • Strong critical thinking, independent work capability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related health field, i.e., surgical technology, public health, nursing, epidemiology, informatics, or bioinformatics Orion Groups is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This opportunity is central to the efforts in leveraging AI and language learning models to surface relevant contracts from the broader contracting ecosystem. OPPORTUNITY 9-month contract-to-hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central Time Zone) SALARY (W2) $100,000 – $115,000 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Train, configure, and iteratively fine-tune the Evisort platform to recognize key terms, clauses, and conditions related to data sharing and HIE agreements • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams to define and document contractual language, key phrases, and metadata tags • Analyze and validate extracted data and metadata for accuracy and completeness • Develop automated workflows or reports to support contract visibility and compliance • Evaluate feedback and suggest enhancements to improve system performance and tagging precision • Partner with SMEs to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and organizational policies • Support the development and expansion of a language learning model to identify data-sharing contracts within a large contract management platform KEY EXPERIENCE • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Contract Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or health IT • Hands-on experience with Evisort or similar contract AI platforms • Strong understanding of HIEs, data sharing agreements, and HIPAA or similar regulatory frameworks • Familiarity with contract structures and legal terminology related to data sharing • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and IT teams • Experience training or customizing AI/ML models for contract analytics • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or public health entities • Understanding of data governance and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Orion Groups is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
