Assist in managing and servicing a book of commercial lines insurance accounts, including endorsement activity, coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, and market quoting. | Must have valid Minnesota Property & Casualty Producer license, 3+ years Commercial Lines CSR/Account experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. | Qualifications: • Must have valid Minnesota Property & Casualty Producer license • 3+ years Commercial Lines CSR/Account Representative experience, Personal Lines experience a plus • Excellent organizational & time management skills • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Computer skills needed: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer • Multi-task with attention given to detail • Friendly, outgoing personality, team player • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent; prefer college experience Job Summary: Assist in managing and servicing a book of commercial lines business (small, mid and large accounts). Work with commercial lines producer(s) in handling all the inside service work associated with the client’s account, including all endorsement activity, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, preparation of formal proposals, checking and booking policies. Market accounts to carriers for quotes, coverage, and renewals.
