This person works with multiple internal and external partners to maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot web services and data details. This team is responsible for providing technical solutions for brands and OEM dealers to enable industry leading sales and service experience. This position serves as an operational and cross-functional partner within the incentive and offer ecosystem, helping coordinate deliverables, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and maintain alignment across business, technical, and agency teams. This position will help develop customer centric strategies, and solution the technology needed to enable and support them, for both Tier 1 and Tier 3 shopping experiences. This role will assist in managing schedules and timelines for developing new technical strategies, as well as communicating details to key stakeholders and impacted partners. This position provides exposure to new features on Ford's various platforms including BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), Hybrid, and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and how they are developed to provide new customer experiences. As a Project Control Engineer, you will drive Powertrain Software deliverables and timelines to support Past, Present and Future Programs through corporate milestones. Daily Duties: ? Lead Powerpack Program Management Sub Teams (PMST) ? Manage achievement of Program Targets / Milestones ? Program and Release management through Jira based work systems. ? This role will ensure seamless delivery of projects from initial customer engagement through final operations approvals, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be responsible for the set up and commercialization of a managed installation network and support turn-key installer network operations, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and scalability across multiple regions. This role will report to the Home Product Install & Interconnection Group Manager and work directly with the V2X and DER Enablement Lead. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the setup, support, operation and optimization for the OEM Energy network of certified installation providers. • Track and develop metrics to manage projects, project costs and timelines, identify operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and third-party firms to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality OEM Energy equipment installations. • Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), conduct regular performance reviews, implement corrective actions and advise on process improvements as needed. • Serve as the primary point of contact for installers throughout the installation process. • Assist in the creation of training and installation resources for OEM Energy products. • Ensure installations comply with local codes, utility requirements, and safety standards. • Assemble and maintain a documentation repository for permits, inspections, interconnection, incentives and regulatory compliance. • Assist with other responsibilities as necessary (Surveys, Data, etc.) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Operational Scalability: Ability to source, onboard, and activate new installer partners within defined timelines. • Installer Network Performance: Percentage of installations completed on time and within budget by installer partners. • Installation Timeline: Reduce average installation timeline by 10% to current baseline. • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) for installation experience. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, • PMP or equivalent certification; licensed electrician; comfort with reading and critiquing site plan sets, permitting and utility application procedures preferred. Experience: • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in residential construction, electrical installations, residential solar, storage or EV infrastructure. • Track record of proactive operational excellence, experience developing, tracking and managing operations for trade-based, electrical or equivalent, service networks and or comparable experience. Skills: • Excellent communication, time-management, and stakeholder management abilities. • A collaborative and passionate self-starter, critical thinking, problem solving • Proficient utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.) Candidate Must Haves: • EV Charger Experience - Mandatory This is a critical requirement and could be a make-or-break factor in candidate selection.
