Compensation range: $ 161,721 - $ 184,825 Annually The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. This role is ideal for a systems thinker and builder who thrives at the intersection of HR technology, analytics, automation, process optimization, and employee experience. Reporting to the future VP, HR Operations, Systems & People Programs, this role will own and optimize the People technology landscape across the employee lifecycle while helping shape the future of how People & Places operates at One Workplace. This individual will play a critical role in advancing scalable infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and identifying innovative opportunities to leverage automation and AI across HR processes and experiences. What You’ll Do People Systems Strategy & Optimization • Lead the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of One Workplace’s People systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, survey, recognition, and related platforms • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure systems effectively support organizational goals and operational needs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellence • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modern solutions that improve workflows, reporting, automation, and user experience • Support and optimize integrations across People systems and enterprise platforms HRIS Administration & Governance • Serve as a primary owner and subject matter expert for HR systems, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, permissions, workflows, and documentation • Lead and support implementation, stabilization, and optimization efforts related to ADP and other People technologies • Establish and maintain strong data governance, security, compliance, and privacy standards across People systems • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system training resources Analytics, Reporting & Insights • Design and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that enable better business and talent decisions • Transform People data into actionable insights for leaders, HRBPs, and executive stakeholders • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and self-service capabilities where appropriate • Partner with stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and operational risks across the employee lifecycle Process Design, Automation & AI Enablement • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate People operations through workflow optimization, integrations, AI tools, and scalable process design • Partner across the enterprise to evaluate and responsibly implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experiences • Help shape the future roadmap for People technology, automation, and AI within the organization • Champion thoughtful, practical adoption of emerging technologies while balancing governance, risk, and user experience Project Management & Cross-Functional Partnership • Lead and support complex People systems projects and operational initiatives across multiple business entities and employee populations • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders on systems enhancements, implementations, compliance initiatives, and process improvements • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed • Lead, mentor, and develop team members as the function continues to grow What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, People Technology, HR Analytics, or related fields • Strong experience administering and optimizing HR systems in complex, multi-entity environments • Experience with ADP and modern HR technology ecosystems strongly preferred • Demonstrated success building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving systems optimization • Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing dashboards, reports, and actionable insights • Experience supporting integrations, automation, and workflow design across systems • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their practical application within HR and People Operations • Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset Why Join One Workplace This is an opportunity to help shape the future of People infrastructure at a company that deeply values innovation, collaboration, design, and human connection.
