Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution for a sales tax payments product, coordinating across teams to ensure readiness and identify gaps. | Requires hands-on experience managing or launching payments products, experience as a Program or Product Manager, and working closely with engineering teams. | Job Description: • Own end-to-end launch planning and execution for Numeral’s sales tax payments product • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure product, operational, and customer readiness • Lead complex, multi-team programs with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies • Identify operational, product, and customer experience gaps in the sales tax payment lifecycle • Break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams Requirements: • Hands-on experience managing or launching a payments product • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager • Experience working closely with engineering teams • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to scale programs and processes as the product and customer base grow Benefits: • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first culture with strong mentorship and ownership opportunities
