Administer SharePoint and Microsoft Lists for legal documentation, design Power Automate workflows, support contract management, provide administrative and project management support, and improve legal operations. | 3+ years legal operations or paralegal experience with technical focus, proficiency in Microsoft 365, contract lifecycle management platform experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work US business hours. | Description: • Administer and optimize SharePoint sites for legal documentation and collaboration • Build and maintain Microsoft Lists for tracking legal requests, contracts, and workflows • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks • Support contract management systems, including template creation, metadata tagging, and reporting • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, presentation and document preparation • Assist with legal project management, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder communications • Maintain legal department dashboards and reporting tools • Identify opportunities to improve legal operations processes and implement scalable solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance legal service delivery • Proactively suggest and implement tools and practices that increase team productivity and reduce friction Requirements: • Paralegal certification, BA/BS, or equivalent legal operations experience • 3+ years of experience in a legal operations or paralegal role with a strong technical focus • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM, or similar) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward • Perform work during US business hours and time zones Benefits: • paid time-off • medical, dental, and vision benefits • life and supplemental insurance • short-term and long-term disability • flexible spending account • 401k retirement plan • annual bonus eligibility • monthly stipend to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device
