Provide technical and operational support in a laboratory setting, train staff, organize activities, and ensure performance goals are met. | Requires scientific expertise, laboratory management skills, and technical knowledge in a regulated environment, which are not reflected in your experience. | The team lead, under the supervision of the area manager, will provide technical and operations support for the laboratory area as well as performing testing, peer review, and reporting as appropriate. They will train staff and help organize laboratory activities to help the lab meet performance goals in quality, timeliness, and volume.
