Providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating travel for executives. | Experience in administrative support, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. | Job Description: • Manage the executive's schedule, including scheduling meetings, setting appointments, and confirming travel arrangements. • Handle correspondence, including responding to emails, screening phone calls, and drafting letters and memos. • Prepare presentations and reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and creating visuals. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. • Provide administrative support to other C-suite executives, as needed. • Other duties as assigned.
