Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Director based in San Jose, CA. The Business Director will be responsible for leading business planning efforts, assessing and analyzing business performance, and collaborating to develop strategies that drive growth. This role also involves managing and leading teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive and productive working environment. Additionally, the Business Director will oversee sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful partnerships.
