Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. As a School Program Staff member, you will have the opportunity to work with students in various capacities, providing support and guidance in their educational and personal development. Responsibilities: - Assist students with their academic work, providing guidance and support as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive and safe learning environment - Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development - Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the success of the program - Provide Christian guidance and support to students, fostering their spiritual growth - Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other designated periods - Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior Skills: - Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting - Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices - Ability to educate and engage students through creative teaching methods - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in behavior management techniques - Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus - Sports coaching experience is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of students.
