About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter with hands-on Tenstreet expertise to lead high-volume driver hiring across multiple regions. This role owns the full lifecycle of driver recruitment, from lead management through offer, and plays a critical role in maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified drivers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with Safety, Operations, Compliance to meet hiring targets, improve fill times, reduce turnover, and ensure all DOT and FMCSA requirements are met. What You'll Do: Own full cycle recruiting for CDL Class A drivers of our EV fleet Manage all driver leads and applications inside Tenstreet daily, including status updates, workflows, and disposition tracking Post and manage ads across Tenstreet, job boards, and referral platforms Conduct high volume phone screens and pre-qualifications for license class, endorsements, experience, MVR, and safety history Partner with Safety and Compliance to coordinate Employment Verifications, drug screens, background checks, and MVR reviews Maintain clean, audit-ready driver files and ensure all FMCSA documentation is complete Track and report weekly recruiting KPIs including leads, hires, time-to-seat, and source performance Improve recruiting workflows, scripts, and onboarding processes using Tenstreet data and insights Support driver onboarding, first-week readiness, and early retention initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for drivers throughout the hiring and pre-boarding process What You'll Bring: 2+ years of high-volume CDL driver recruiting experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation Required hands-on experience using Tenstreet as a daily ATS and onboarding platform Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and driver qualification file (DQF) requirements Proven ability to manage 50 to 150+ open requisitions and high call volume environments Excellent phone presence, persuasion skills, and candidate experience mindset Data-driven approach with experience tracking recruiting KPIs and performance metrics Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability operations environments Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Excel Nice to Have: Experience recruiting for EV fleets, last-mile delivery, or regional dedicated routes Experience with Ashby ATS a plus Knowledge of driver referral programs and incentive structures Work Environment: Full time, fast paced operations-driven recruiting role Phone-heavy, high-volume sourcing and screening At Nevoya, we believe diverse teams build better solutions. About The Role: As a Senior Backend/Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect and build the core systems that power our logistics operations—from real-time vehicle tracking and geofencing to load optimization and automated dispatch workflows. Your work will directly enable our fleet to operate efficiently while maximizing utilization and minimizing environmental impact. What You'll Build: Fleet Management Systems: Design APIs and data models for vehicles, trailers, drivers, and their integrations with third-party telematics platforms (Motive) Real-Time Location Intelligence: Build geofencing systems, vehicle telemetry pipelines, and location-based event processing that track our fleet across North America Load & Dispatch Optimization: Develop complex routing algorithms, load matching systems, and automated dispatch workflows that optimize for range, charging, and profitability Integration Platforms: Create robust webhook processors and data pipelines that sync with external logistics providers, charging networks, and customer systems Our Tech Stack: Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Pydantic, Alembic Infrastructure: AWS (S3, Location Services), Docker, background task processing Frontend: React, TypeScript, Material UI, TanStack Query Data: Complex relational models for loads, stops, vehicles, drivers, trailers, geofencing events, and telemetry What We're Looking For: 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and modern web frameworks Database Design Expertise: Deep understanding of relational databases and domain driven design API Development: Strong experience building RESTful APIs, webhook systems, and real-time data processing Integration Experience: Track record of building robust integrations with third-party APIs and handling data synchronization challenges System Architecture: Ability to design scalable systems that handle real-time operations and background processing Full-Stack Capability: Comfortable working across the stack when needed—from database optimization to React components Logistics Domain Knowledge (bonus): Understanding of transportation, routing, or supply chain operations Performance Optimization: Experience with caching, query optimization, and handling high-throughput data processing Projects You Would Have Worked On in the Past 3 Months: AI-Powered Document Parsing: Developed a system to analyze incoming documents and extract structured, relational data. Driver Communication Platform: Built a real-time messaging system that delivers dispatch context, load details, and route updates from our in-house TMS to drivers via SMS. Load Tracking: Created a real-time system to detect truck arrivals and departures at operational facilities. Dispatch Optimization: Engineered a load dispatch system that validates schedule integrity, driver hours-of-service compliance, and vehicle range constraints.
