You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring that Albertsons’ internal guidelines as well as regulatory regulations are accurately reflected in the solution. Key Responsibilities • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews. • Partner with Albertsons IT, AI CoE, regulatory teams, and Capgemini delivery teams to align business requirements. • Translate regulatory frameworks and requirements into structured, machine-validated formats and technical requirements. • Establish and track KPIs for compliance accuracy, automation efficiency, and end-user adoption. Qualifications • 7+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably in retail or CPG compliance systems. • Experience with GenAI applications with GCP, Gemini, Vertex AI. • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence. • Technical fluency in JSON/YAML schema design • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.?
