Work Schedule: Flexible shifts that work around your class schedule Federal Work-Study Eligible Essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in checking in food stock items, breaking down pallets, and putting away food stock in a timely fashion. Place received items in appropriate storage areas. Pull requisitioned stock items for usage in the units throughout the building. Record a limited daily inventory of food items plus a complete monthly food inventory for unit. Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Dining business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary. Contribute to maintaining a Grade A sanitation rating of 95% or better Essential Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions. Ability to read shipping labels and/or storage labels.
