Managing talent development programs, overseeing project execution, and engaging stakeholders to support organizational growth. | Requires 5+ years in talent development or organizational behavior, with skills in program management, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with HR systems like Workday. | Job Title: Talent Management Program Manager (Hospital / Healthcare) Location: Houston, TX 77024 Duration: 7+ Months Job Description Responsible for owning strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology-driven projects and programs that support the organization’s Talent & Organizational Development and Learning Center of Excellence. This role is accountable for developing overall program strategy and delivering on program objectives. The position owns end-to-end project, change, and budget management for assigned programs, including KPI development and reporting. Provides visibility into status, milestones, and performance across all projects related to Talent & Engagement. Reports to the Director of Talent & Engagement. Minimum Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field from an accredited institution (required) • Master’s degree (preferred) Licenses / Certifications Certified practitioner in one or more of the following assessments (preferred): • 360 Assessments • Hogan • Birkman • DiSC • StrengthsFinder Experience / Knowledge / Skills • Five (5) years of progressive program management experience in talent development, learning, leadership development, change management, and/or organizational behavior • Strong customer-service orientation, leveraging human-centered and agile design approaches • Demonstrated creativity, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills to advance and improve program offerings • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with urgency and responsiveness • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences • Proven project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and provide effective change leadership • Excellent oral and written communication skills Must-Have Skills • High-Potential Leadership Development Program Management • Talent Reviews & Succession Planning • Workday Nice-to-Have • Hogan Certification Navitas Partners LLC, headquartered in New Jersey, is a diversity-led IT professional services and workforce solutions company.
