Job Title: Windows Infrastructure Engineer Job Location: Charlotte, NC hybrid role Job Descriptions: The position is responsible for remediating Windows OS and Windows application software vulnerabilities by removing, patching, or upgrading Windows software as directed. Required skills include Windows OS administration skills (managing Microsoft software), ability to install, upgrade, and remove applications, ODBC drivers, etc. Experience managing Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, OData Source for SQL Server, SQL Server Client Tools, SQL Server System CLR Types, and other Microsoft software components is a plus. Experience installing, upgrading, and patching other third-party vendor software is required. Some programming and/or scripting using Powershell is required as patching activities must be automated to operating at scale and on a frequent basis. Experience with Ansible, BladeLogic, or other automation tools preferred. Experience creating and deploying applications in OpenShift containers would be a plus. Specialist skill sets include Python and AI skills including Agentic AI, CoPilot studio, Prompt Engineering, Agent design, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude MCP.
