You'll play a crucial role in our content operations, ensuring the creation of high-quality captions that align with brand voice and boost social media engagement and ad effectiveness. This is a full-time, fully remote position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. What you'll do: • Lead a team: Manage a team of caption writers, providing coaching, reviewing their work for quality and consistency, and delegating tasks. • Create captions: Write persuasive and engaging captions for various content formats that drive engagement, sales, or subscriptions. • Develop brand voice: Work with Content Managers and creators to establish unique tone guides for each model, ensuring a consistent voice across all content. • Optimize workflows: Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for caption development, review, and delivery to improve efficiency and scalability. • Stay current: Keep up with pop culture, language trends, and shifts in consumer behavior to ensure captions are relevant and engaging. • Collaborate: Partner with content schedulers, creative leads, and account managers to align captions with campaign objectives and visual content. What you'll bring: • Experience: • 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in social media, digital marketing, or creator-based industries. • 1+ year in a leadership, editorial, or team management role. Skills: • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. • Experience with Google Suite, Asana, and Notion. • Adaptability in tone and messaging.
