We help young adults navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, and major life transitions—with therapy that’s relatable, affordable, and covered by insurance. We accept major credit cards, HAS/FSA cards, and insurance in PA with Blue Cross, Aetna, United, Optum, Magellan, Ambetter, PA Health and Wellness, Quest Behavioral Health for outpatient telehealth therapy in Pennsylvania. Role Overview We’re hiring outgoing, social media–savvy students to represent Naya Therapy on their campuses and online. If you care about mental health, love posting on TikTok or IG, and want to make a real impact while building your resume—this is for you. What You’ll Do • Share your custom referral link to promote Naya Therapy’s free self-assessments and therapist sign-ups • Post 4 short videos/month on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts • Engage students in person (tabling, flyers, dorms, student orgs) • Report back weekly with results and feedback • Join monthly Teams check-ins with Naya’s management team Requirements • Active social presence (preferred: 1,000+ followers on at least one platform) • Friendly, creative, and passionate about mental health • Comfortable posting on camera in short-form video • Able to commit ~5 hours/week through the semester • Must be a current undergrad or grad student in the Philadelphia area Compensation • $200/month stipend • $25 performance bonuses (every 10 completed therapy appointments) • $500 semester prize for the top-performing ambassador (highest verified sign-ups in PA) • Resume boost, professional recommendation, and mental health leadership certificate How to Apply • Submit resume and social media links (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts, etc.) • Be prepared to answer the following questions during your interview: • Why do you want to be a Naya Therapy Ambassador? • How would you spread the word about Naya on campus and online? • What makes you relatable to other 20-somethings? • What is your social media experience?
