Perform administrative and clerical tasks at the front desk, including greeting patients, scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing communications. | Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, proficiency with office equipment, professional appearance, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and reliability. | We are looking for a Receptionist for our front desk on a PRN Basis (min 5 hours to max 40 hours a week) The Receptionist will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be responsible for checking in and checking out patients, collecting co-pays, making appointments, answering multi-phone lines and verifying insurance coverage. must be available to work anytime between 7:30 am and 7:00pm Monday thru Friday Responsibilities • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office • Make patients appointments • Answer incoming phone calls • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable • Verify patients information including health insurance • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Skills • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) • Professional attitude and appearance • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task • Reliable and must be a team player Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week Ability to Commute: • Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Myrtle Beach, SC 29577: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
