What You Will Be Doing • Develop and grow strong working relationships with the assigned customer base. • Request, review, analyze, qualify, and select subcontractor quotes. • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and complete turn-key projects. • Serve as key point of contact for the Client and Miller Management Team. • Create and manage budgets to provide effective financial control, support cost reduction efforts and actively participate in cost reviews. • Develop and manage project schedules to track process of work, identify and mitigate potential problems. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirement documents, and presentations. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans. • Work with manufacturing to ensure product meets customers specification, expectations and on time delivery. • Ability to review project bid documents with internal estimating group to ensure accuracy and timeliness of quotes. • Create material take-offs and estimates for new opportunities and project change orders to determine costs. • Ability to read blueprints/contract drawings with strong knowledge and experience with fabrication and manufacturing principles, while working closely with the sales department and manufacturing personnel. • Coordinate with engineering, production, and management to cost all None-Core opportunities. What Requirements Are Needed A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is required, and a PMI certification is preferred. 6+ years of practical Project Management experience at a small to medium size business within manufacturing structural steel, building or construction industries. Proficient with MS Office and experience using an ERP System (Global Shop Solutions is a plus). Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics proficiently. Hands on and oversight of fabrication processes. Excellent communication skills across any platform and medium.

Position Summary The Senior Manager of Project Management will lead the project management function across multiple locations and customer accounts within the construction, HVAC, and modular fabrication sectors. This role ensures successful execution from project award through start-up, driving consistency, collaboration, and excellence in both project and on-time delivery, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Director will oversee a team of Project Managers, providing strategic guidance, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration from project award through start-up and completion. Key Responsibilities Project Management Leadership • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Project Managers to ensure professional growth and high performance. • Oversee all phases of projects from award to start-up, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance. • Establish and enforce best practices for project management processes and tools. • Ensure proper tracking of project timelines in ERP system. Project Management • Define and manage large-scale programs that include multiple interdependent projects across modular construction, HVAC, and fabrication disciplines. • Align program objectives with organizational strategy and customer requirements. • Develop integrated pro ject schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. • Monitor project-level risks, dependencies, and performance metrics; resolve escalated risks and mitigate proactively and communicate progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders . • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Track KPIs for project delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution. • Maintain strong relationships with multiple customers, ensuring alignment with expectations and contractual obligations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Program Management, Construction Management, or related field ( Masters preferred). • 10+ years of experience in project management within complex industries . • Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams across different locations . • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
