MetTel's Bruin platform is the operational backbone behind 5,000+ enterprise and federal customers. As Product Manager for Bruin Platform, you'll own the customer-facing product surface that those customers use every day: the portal experience, administrative tooling, self-service workflows, order and checkout flows, notifications, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on customer retention, NPS, and platform revenue. You'll report into the AVP of Mobile Products and collaborate closely with engineering, UX, customer success, and enterprise sales. You'll be the voice of the customer inside the product org — and the voice of product priorities with every external stakeholder. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Experience & Portal Define and execute the product vision for Bruin's customer-facing portal, serving enterprise administrators and end users managing telecom assets at scale Partner with UX/UI to modernize the portal based on user research, behavioral data, and direct customer feedback Build and enhance self-service capabilities (i.e. Admin Center, User Management, Site Management) that reduce support burden and increase customer autonomy Improve end-user notifications, alerts, and proactive communications across the platform Own the in-app support experience within Bruin, including contextual help, guided troubleshooting flows, and ticket submission — reducing friction between a customer encountering a problem and getting it resolved Optimize self-service support workflows to deflect tier-one inquiries, targeting measurable reductions in support contact rate without degrading customer confidence Drive improvements to role-based access control, user provisioning, and audit logging capabilities Optimize new customer onboarding to ensure customers can quickly get value from Bruin capabilities Reporting & Customer Intelligence Own the reporting product strategy, delivering actionable insights across wireless usage, device inventory, cost optimization, and network performance Drive incremental improvements to customer dashboard and enable in-app actions Build toward a self-serve analytics experience that reduces ad hoc support requests and empowers customers to act on their own data Checkout & Order Flows Design and optimize checkout experiences for device orders, service provisioning, and accessory purchases Own conversion rate, order accuracy, and provisioning SLA metrics for transactional flows Roadmap & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and competitive positioning Present roadmap updates and business cases to executive stakeholders; lead regular product reviews with leadership Prioritize the backlog using structured ROI and RICE-style scoring; communicate trade-offs clearly across teams Ensure product documentation, training materials, and release notes are comprehensive, accurate, and shipped on time DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years in Product Management, ideally with exposure to enterprise SaaS, telecom, or managed services platforms Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing product surfaces — portals, dashboards, or self-service applications — with measurable outcomes Track record of translating complex technical and operational requirements into intuitive, customer-focused solutions Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA a plus Skills & Competencies Strong analytical instincts: comfortable modeling business cases, interpreting usage data, and designing experiments to validate decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management — able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Organized and methodical: capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently without losing sight of the critical path Comfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and modern analytics tooling; familiarity with APIs and platform integrations is a strong plus Experience with TEM, MDM, or managed mobility platforms is advantageous but not required *The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $165,000 annually. As Product Manager, Wireless Solutions, you will own the discovery, definition, and launch of net-new value-added services that expand what MetTel delivers to wireless customers — beyond connectivity management and into solutions that create measurable business impact. Think IoT-enabled fleet and asset intelligence, advanced mobile security bundles, 5G use-case monetization, AI-driven device lifecycle optimization, and carrier-agnostic intelligence layers that no single carrier can offer. This is a builder role. You will be expected to bring structure to ambiguity, move from concept to validated MVP, and champion new offerings through Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to get them to market. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: New Solution Discovery & Definition Identify, validate, and prioritize net-new wireless opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and carrier partner collaboration Build and maintain a wireless innovation pipeline, converting insights from Sales, Customer Success, and the field into structured product hypotheses Define opportunity size, business model, and go-to-market approach for each initiative before committing engineering and partnership resources Conduct competitive analysis across carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), managed mobility peers, and ISVs to identify white space and differentiation opportunities Product Development & Roadmap Execution Own the wireless solutions roadmap from concept through GA, partnering with Engineering, UX, and Operations to deliver Partner with the Bruin platform team to ensure new wireless solutions are integrated seamlessly into MetTel's core enterprise mobility management system Manage cross-functional dependencies across carrier integrations, BSS/OSS systems, and third-party platforms Partner & Carrier Collaboration Serve as the product owner for key carrier relationships (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and others) as they relate to new solution co-development Evaluate partner capabilities, co-marketing opportunities, and API integration paths to accelerate time-to-market for new offerings Partner with the Integrations + API team to ensure new wireless solutions are integrated seamlessly into MetTel's core enterprise mobility management system Go-to-Market & Revenue Enablement Define pricing models, packaging, and positioning for new wireless solutions in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Marketing Build Sales enablement materials — battlecards, solution briefs, pitch decks — that equip the field to position new offerings effectively Partner with Channel and TSD teams to extend distribution of new solutions through MetTel's agent and reseller network Define KPIs, establish baseline metrics, and track product-market fit and revenue performance post-launch Customer & Market Intelligence Conduct ongoing voice-of-customer research — interviews, win/loss analysis, NPS deep dives — to surface unmet needs in the enterprise wireless buyer journey Represent the voice of the wireless product portfolio in executive forums, CAB sessions, and analyst briefings DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Own and drive the net-new wireless solutions roadmap from ideation through commercial launch Deliver at least two new value-added wireless offerings to market in year one with measurable pipeline or revenue contribution Collaborate with Sales and Channel to align solution development with active customer needs and market demand signals Maintain a healthy innovation backlog — continuously sourcing, scoring, and prioritizing new ideas against business value and feasibility Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure new solutions are scalable, supportable, and integrated with Bruin and downstream systems Present roadmap updates, business cases, and launch readiness reviews to the AVP of Mobile Products and executive leadership Define success criteria and lead retrospectives for each launch to drive continuous improvement in the innovation process Qualifications Required 5+ years of product management experience, with at least two years in a wireless, telecommunications, or mobility-adjacent domain Demonstrated track record of launching net-new products or features from 0-to-1, not just iterating on existing capabilities Deep familiarity with the enterprise wireless ecosystem — carriers, device OEMs, MDM/UEM platforms, and managed mobility market dynamics Strong commercial instincts — ability to define pricing, size opportunity, and articulate ROI for new solutions Experience writing PRDs, leading discovery sprints, and working with agile engineering teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior executives and engaging directly with enterprise customers Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with a bias toward action and velocity Preferred Experience at a carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), managed service provider, or enterprise mobility management (EMM/UEM) vendor Background in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including channel sales motions and agent/TSD distribution MBA or advanced degree *The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
