The firm is seeking to hire Associates, and Vice Presidents to join their high-performing team. We are interested in speaking with candidates who meet the following criteria: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Healthcare Investment Banking • Proven M&A transaction experience • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship • Strong academic record from a recognized U.S. college or university • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred • Tier-1 financial modeling and Excel proficiency, with solid accounting fundamentals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
