Lead US marketing, PR, and brand efforts to build credibility and awareness in the crypto/fintech space. | Proven experience in marketing, PR, and communications within crypto or fintech, with strong media and stakeholder relationships, and ability to lead strategic initiatives. | Hi! We’re Mercuryo, and we’re on a mission to redefine finance by blending the best of traditional banking with the innovations of decentralized finance (DeFi). We believe that everyone should have easy access to Web3 and traditional financial services — and we’re making that happen by building a robust platform that simplifies dealing with crypto and seamlessly integrates it into the broader financial ecosystem. Since we launched in 2018, we’ve teamed up with Web3 top projects such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Jupiter, 1inch, and PancakeSwap and 200+ others to power over 200 dynamic products. Our work also brings us into direct collaboration with major ecosystems such as Solana Labs, Consensys, and BNB Chain. We’re just getting started, and we want you to help us shape the future of money! Why Mercuryo? Industry Impact Join us in helping world-class Web3 projects onboard millions of new users into the next generation of finance. Innovative Environment Collaborate with more than 300 talented professionals from diverse backgrounds — including banking, SaaS, and Web3 — all united in delivering outstanding user experiences. Growth and Learning Our expanding network of 200+ B2B partnerships and a user base of over 7 million means there’s always room to grow your skills, tackle new challenges, and push boundaries. Flexible Culture We’re remote-first, celebrating diversity across 30 countries. At Mercuryo, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of your work, spark creativity, and shape how we move forward together. About the Role: We are looking for a PR, Brand & Marketing Lead to drive Mercuryo’s brand, communications, and strategic marketing efforts in the US market. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, PR, communications, and brand building. While we do run performance and demand-generation initiatives, the core of this role is not funnels, CAC, or paid growth. Instead, it’s about positioning, credibility, trust, awareness, and long-term brand impact in the US crypto and fintech ecosystem. You’ll act as the key marketing partner for the Head of US and work closely with Global Marketing, PR, and Leadership teams. What You’ll Do: Own and execute US marketing strategy with a strong focus on brand, PR, and communications. Build and scale Mercuryo’s brand presence and reputation in the US crypto and fintech market. Lead PR initiatives: storytelling, media relations, editorial planning, executive communications, and thought leadership. Define and adapt core messaging and positioning for the US audience. Plan and oversee brand campaigns, launches, partnerships visibility, and key narratives. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and PR Teams to ensure consistent and relevant messaging. Decide where marketing efforts actually matter: channels, formats, platforms, events, communities. Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners when needed. Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry conversations to inform marketing and PR strategy. Track brand and PR impact (share of voice, sentiment, awareness, media quality — not only clicks). Influence stakeholders through context-driven dialogue and data-backed recommendations. What We’re Looking For: Strong hands-on marketing experience with a clear focus on PR, brand, and communications. Direct experience in crypto and/or fintech — deep, practical understanding of the market “from the inside”. Proven experience working with US media, marketing channels, and industry stakeholders. Ability to think and act as a marketing leader, not just an executor. Strong communication skills and flexibility in dialogue: asking the right questions before proposing solutions. Strategic mindset combined with hands-on ownership. Comfort working in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments. Experience collaborating across global teams. Nice to Have: Background in top crypto / fintech companies or ecosystems. Existing US media, marketing, or industry network. Experience growing into leadership from a senior IC role. Event marketing, speaking engagements, conference experience. What We Offer: Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives. 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays. Comprehensive health insurance plans. Extensive benefits program. Flexible work schedule and remote work options. Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries. Working equipment. Professional development and training opportunities. Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on. Diverse and friendly team. We are open-minded to new ideas. Join Us! If you're driven to be a part of the Web3 forefront and are keen to leave your mark on this rapidly evolving field, Mercuryo is an excellent choice.
